Ebooks & digital downloads

Ebooks are delivered digitally and are available for immediate download upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer wish to read the material.

A refund will be considered if:

— The file was never delivered to your email or account dashboard after a successful payment.
— The file is corrupted, password-protected unexpectedly, or cannot be opened in standard PDF or ebook readers.
— The content of the ebook is materially different from what was described on the product page.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted, regardless of the reason. Please check your spam or promotions folder before submitting a non-delivery claim.

Magazines

Each magazine issue is sold individually or as part of a subscription. Single issues follow the same digital goods policy — once accessed, they are non-refundable. However, if an issue fails to deliver or contains a blocking technical error, a replacement or refund will be issued within 7 days of the issue date.

For active subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any previously delivered issues.

Premium articles

Individual premium articles are non-refundable once they have been opened or accessed. The content of each article is clearly described before purchase, and a preview or summary is available to help you decide before buying.

If you purchased an article bundle and have not accessed any of the articles within 48 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund. Once any article in a bundle has been accessed, the bundle is considered used and is no longer eligible.

Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

— You accessed the content and simply did not find it useful or did not agree with the analysis.
— You purchased the wrong product and have already accessed it.
— You forgot about the purchase or did not read the product description before buying.
— The refund window has expired.
— You are attempting a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us.

Note on chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be suspended and future purchases may be declined. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out before escalating.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us at the address below within the eligible refund window. Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your request.
  2. We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and may ask for additional information (e.g. a screenshot of the error or delivery issue).
  3. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
